Purchase a Mercedes Benz at GSA Auction!

Posted on May 19th, 2009 by Lindsey Harper

If there’s one thing I love to do its show you fantastic deals that I’ve found in my research!  For example, I love it when I come across a used luxury car for sale at a price that is significantly lower than what it would be normally.Every time that happens I feel like I’m jackpot winner!  Today, I know that most people can afford a luxury car if they take the time to look in the right places.

You can find used car deals at various auctions, such as a GSA auction.  They deal with excess and surplus Federal assets.  These assets can range from small items, such as computer deals, to large items, such as used car deals.  You bid on these items, and if you’re lucky, they may become yours.

Look at this example, a gorgeous white 2003 Mercedes Benz pictured above.   The bidding on this item ends on June 3, 2009 at noon CT.The bid right now on this gorgeous car is only $13,638 - unheard of for a Mercedes Benz.

A Cheap Scooter Is Priceless

With the price of gas relentlessly spiking from the outlandishly high back to “still high but lower than the almost $4.00 a gallon” we’ve appallingly found ourselves paying for gas, it’s as if we’re being tricked into believing that $3.00 a gallon is cheap. Although just 20 years ago gas was under $1.00 a gallon, and we regarded that as high!  A considerable number of them are committed to finding a better way to to make the rounds, like a cheap scooter or even an electric motor scooter instead.

Despite the fact that we may have minimal driving habits, the price of gas can take a hunk out of our budget. To have enough gas month we either we have to give up some other expense or give up going out at all. It would seem the more desirable answer would be to simply shop for a cheap scooter to drive to work and for those short trips around town and leave the car at home. You would be amazed at how much gas (and money) you can save merely by switching to a scooter for trips to and from work! There are cheap scooters that can go 75 miles per hour, and are legal on the freeway so you don’t have to live necessarily close to work to take this option.

Scooters can truly be a pleasant way to get to and from work, in addition to saving you money. It’s true that you can legally drive between cars and move to the head of the line when traffic halts, but it is also true that you will derive a certain pleasure in driving one of these scooter as well.  Who could ask for more from a pair of wheels? You can purchase an excellent scooter for around two thousands dollars, and the money saved on gas will amply pay that back in no time! Another compelling thing about scooters is you’ll always get the perfect spot in front of stores and restaurants, rather than having to park in a lot somewhere. Consequently, your cheap scooter will not only save you money, but time as well! And, one concluding bonus, many other people are choosing a cheap scooter from their ride, so you might make a new friend and who knows where that might lead?
